Safety 1st Bath Seat ?

Pictures show what seat is like. Has a teether toy attatched to the front of seat and has 360 swivel feature for easy access to baby without removing them from the seat. Sticks in the bath with 4 suction pads on the bottom of seat which have tabs for easy removal of seat. Thanks for looking
